At some point after Duplessie’s European troubles, he landed in New York City, where he received a warm welcome from the high-flying crypto community.
Photos obtained by The Post show Duplessie and Woeltz living it up at The Box, reportedly spending up to $100,000 a night on champagne and burlesque shows.
During their time in New York, Duplessie and Woeltz were known in the scene as big spenders, always willing to pick up the tab for those around them, sources said.
