The Cardano Foundation has partnered with the SEE Institute in Dubai to bring a unique opportunity to the world of blockchain education. This partnership is not only focused on integrating eco-friendly blockchain solutions into different sectors but also on introducing a professional diploma program in sustainable blockchain solutions.
The SEE Institute is part of the Fortune 500 group, known for its commitment to sustainable education, research, and business development. On the other hand, the Cardano Foundation is a non-profit organization that oversees the proof-of-stake Cardano blockchain ecosystem.
Through a recent memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between the Cardano Foundation and the SEE Institute, the collaboration aims to explore the application of blockchain solutions in areas such as waste management, energy, mobility, and water management.
The conversation around blockchain education has been gaining momentum lately. In its Financial Insights Report 2023, the Cardano Foundation revealed that it has invested $4.18 million in promoting discussions, debates, and research on blockchain concepts. Programs like the Cardano Academy, Cardano Explorer, and ‘Let’s Talk Cardano’ webinar have been instrumental in fostering education and awareness around blockchain technology.
Moving forward, the partnership with the SEE Institute will introduce a six-module course designed to empower professionals to tackle global sustainability challenges using blockchain innovations.

In India, the push for blockchain and crypto education is also gaining traction. Recently, Mudrex, a crypto investment firm, launched an educational initiative called ‘Learn with Mudrex’ during the India Blockchain Week 2024. This initiative aims to offer learning opportunities through articles, courses, and live sessions in eight Indian languages, with the goal of onboarding 10 lakh learners in the next three months.
